Pirate Harbor PHPOA |

The current Pirate Harbor Property Owners’ Association (PHPOA) was formed January 31, 2000, when the Articles of Incorporation and the Bylaws were unanimously accepted by a majority of Pirate Harbor property owners. The purpose of the Association is to promote the community interests of its members as property owners of the Pirate Harbor subdivision. The Association is a not-for-profit corporation.
Some of our current activities include: maintaining the lawns and trees along the entrance roadway; upgrading and maintaining the entrance walls and landscaping around the walls and the cul-de-sac on Treasure Island Blvd.; The annual cleaning of our waterways and streets; an annual picnic; a neighborhood watch program; maintaining a web site, and an advertising page on our web site that we hope you will patronize. The PHPOA also involves itself in Government activities through service on various committees, and monitors activity in and around the Pirate Harbor community. If you would like to become a member of the PHPOA, an annual fee of $125 was set for 2009-2010. |
